Escreveu a muito tempo atrásAye. I've been working in XNA for a while...was working on a game for the competition when they released 2.0, but my partner backed out on me. Despite my confidence in my own coding abilities, I didn't really have the time to do it all on my own before the deadline. Not to mention that Lone showed me a game that was similar in concept and superior in execution. :/
You might also consider game development in Silverlight. That would give the game the same potential web presence as a Flash game while at least letting you write the base classes such that they'd be usable in XNA.
That brings me to my next point. I think the expectations for a game are partially determined by the game's platform. A game written for the web (in either Flash or Silverlight) must contend with a different set of expectations from a game written for the PC or Xbox. This is another reason I'd be wary about writing a web game in Flash, gauging its success and determining whether or not the game should go to a different platform.

Escreveu a muito tempo atrásPoint taken already. I discovered XNAGS in January, but drifted away from it because I had no skills I felt I could tout, to lure a Partner able to develop. And I held onto details of my concept jealously, which didn't help.
But I have very recently opted to go public with all details of my concept, so my hopes of luring suitable Partners are running higher than ever before. My attention is once again on XNA...

Escreveu a muito tempo atrásWhy develop a Flash game when you can develop a game for the 360 and the PC at the same time for cheaper? After development of the Flash version, you (or someone else) would have to re-develop for the other platforms. This is a non-trivial task.
I have more questions, but I figured I'd lob them to you one at a time. ;)

Escreveu a muito tempo atrásNope. For playing, who needs more than one? If I decide to pick up ActionScript and Pixel art and help develop one of my games, then I may set up another for Uploading purposes, but, again, Why more than one?

Escreveu a muito tempo atrásHmm. You mean nicknames? Try Skyler if you want(my pet ID for myself a few places), or Mat(which is my real nick).
If you mean CSS or fancy stuff for my page here, nope...

Escreveu a muito tempo atrásThanks! I'll check out Silverlight, but as long as "my" developer decides he can get comfortable with XNA 3.0/3.1, I'm determined to go that way. I even want to shoot for next year's D-B-P challenge, but I really don't feel my concept needs that sort of publicity.
I appreciate your personal interest and time!
