Well, maybe you're not a mod/admin and that feature doesn't exist. Thus your feedbacks were closed.

Tim248 is correct, both of your Feedbacks were closed not deleted.

If I remember rightly, it also tells you on your Home page when one of your Feedbacks is closed, and gives the reason why.

Even if it doesn't, there's a link to feedback you create under "Recent Activity" on your profile. You can always use that if you can't find your feedback.
