think guests should be able to get banned? yes or no?

I think if someone gets ipbanned they can still play multiplayer games but they shouldn't be able to

. Title Rooms they make (Only default name)
. AND Create there own name ( guest names would be just simply guest)

what about if you HAVE to log in when you go on the site so when you want to chat but havent logged in you wont see "sorry, guests cant talk in the chatroom"

i think they shouldn't be banned because they're probably users that are banned at that time. they should probably not be able to use games such as Multiplayer Whiteboard and Fridge Magnets

Technically, they haven't agreed to the Terms of Service agreement, so they aren't violating it. This is why they aren't allowed to talk in the main chat rooms, and why they can't be banned for something they haven't agreed to in the first place.

A better solution would be to take away guests' right to chat in games altogether; however, this would most likely be a complicated change to the multiplayer engine.

Either way, as it stands, the guests haven't agreed to the ToS like members have, and therefore Nonoba is not as responsible for their actions, and cannot ban them for violating something they haven't agreed to.

just let the guests qwear against eachother, like a guest room only, but if there are guest rooms only, there should be player rooms only to, and btw: guests aren't ALWAYS players who got banned, most of them are trying the game/site out, so let them play, and maybe they'll get a player and THEN get banned for swearing. and THEN they should Not be able to get another account for some time, or not log in as guest, 'cause they got banned ( u can check the ip from where they are registering ( so then u can see if he got banned or not ) ) also, they should get banned FOREVER for just swearing the 1st TIME, lets say they get banned for 1 day first, then 3 days, and then 5,then 1 week, 3 weeks, and then like 2 months or even forever , so the ban periods before the forever ban should be like a warning.

Two features would help solve the guest problem altogether:

1) An option for users who make rooms that disallow guests.

2) Guests can still make and chat-in games, however the game room name cannot be edited by said guest.
