Bad news, the innovation im doing isn't happening for personal reasons. :(

It would be nice if someone could send some sketches or a presentation to Chris or something.

Sorry to bump this thread, but I was thinking, is there going to be a mobile version of Nonoba? Not that it is my concern, but I just thought of the idea, for those who come onto Nonoba a lot and check out the forums, and other stuff...

As it's been said, you can access the forums, feedback, etc. You just can't use the Flash-based features(games and chat) because the bulk of mobile devices don't support Flash.

That being said, it wouldn't make much sense to have a completely separate "mobile version" of Nonoba, because Nonoba is first and foremost a gaming site. However, the mobile version would lack all games, all chat. Why take time and effort developing something that serves no purpose? People can already access the Forums, Feedback, etc. A mobile version would be pointless and wouldn't change anything.

Nonoba will never have an iPhone app.

1. It's doubtful the iPhone will ever have Flash.

2. Even if it did have Flash, there are so many amazing iPhone games, is anyone honestly going to care bout some non-iPhone-optimized Flash games that may or may not run smoothly on a phone? I wouldnt. And you certainly won't have the multiplayer games such as Everybody Edits.

3. I don't think the admins are working on this site, at all. It's running on autopilot. Virtually no news updates, no new content or graphics on the homepage, same interface they had over a year ago, no new features, etc.

Henrik said all of their attention lately has been on player.io, and I don't think it will shift back to Nonoba anytime soon.
