A. There is no "Server Keeper" if that is what you mean. They are rebooted automatically. It takes a little time. Patience is a virtue.

Q. Is there anything I can do to pitch in and help?
A. Yes there is! Donate a server to Chris, and then donate $5,000 a month to keep it running. Or you could develop some good games and help generate ad revenue. You could even come up with some alternative methods to generate revenue, ideas are always welcome. In the mean time, you could always stop whining and figure things out on your own.

Personal addendum: I have nothing against you personally, I'm not a hater, but when you start acting like a dick, specifically your "Is there ANY real reason..." comment, you will provoke people into reciprocating. Also, I like your taste in music!
